That coin has been doctored. That coin has been artificially toned and a poor job of doing so as well.

Looks heat-treated to me. I'm trying to figure out how the obv. star effect was achieved.

Doesn't seem like the thing PCGS would let in a slab if it is AT.

Nah, never mind. A lot of his pics are from PCGS so they were toned when graded.
