Was hoping to see if my 1964 D is a DDO, even the eye and profile seem to have it.

Probably just MD again but I won't know until you all take a look for me.

i am NOT one of the experts - but I am seeing Die Deterioration, along with quite a few dings and contact marks...

i do not think yours is a doubled die.

very nice photos - by the way...

But I think my coin is a match to

Looks like circulation damage and on the motto you can see die wear making the devices look closer to the rim.

The term split serif only applies to mint marks. (note the split serif at the bottom of the mint mark)

The term of this spread on doubled dies is notching.

The notching is caused from two different hubbing locations/different hubs/warped hubs, when the die was created.

Still looks like a normal cent. Contact marks that press into the devices are just damage. On a hub doubled example the devices would be enlarged. I'm just seeing normal size devices on your coin.
