I am trying to help a friend out. This is his coin and I am not in possession of it. These are the best pics he could take. Are these pictures good enough to grade this coin? Also, can you confirm the authenticity of the coin? Thanks for your help!

First thing confirm the weight and diameter which should be ~16.7g and ~26.8mm. It looks genuine and around AU50 or so with possibly cleaned surfaces.

Looks 55 to me, but can't get a good feel for possible cleaning from these pics.

AU-53 and appears to be genuine. Too hard to tell from these photos if the coin is cleaned or the lighting is bad.

Lighting makes it the surfaces look lifeless and cleaned. Or the coin could be cleaned.

I agree AU55 may have been cleaned which would affect the collector value but not the metal value

I'll just throw it out there and say that's actually near impossible to tell anything other than the conditions of the relief from these pics and even that is questionable. Have your mate take better pics, less blurry and different lighting.
