That's a Cud. Retained Cud would look like a die crack rim to rim. This is a small chunk that has chipped off the side of the die. Unlisted too - seems like that's happening a lot recently.

you're right BlueSolo it's a small Cud ,after checking on COC it's not listed.

If it was "retained" the design would show in it, including the field.
