The problems with grading these is that all of the many high point in the design are of the same height above the fields and the tops of them are flat. That makes it difficult to grade the lettering, and that is why most people examine the leaves instead.
1.- I always go for the leaves when grading these.
2.- Also have a look at the fields with a high powered loupe, not looking for wear, but similarity of surface roughness compared to other circulated coins for grade.
3.- Remaining mint lustre can also be a guide.
With the last two points in mind a bit difficult to grade from pictures.
Instead, and using those last two points as a guideline, now have a go for yourself, and let us know what your own opinion now is.
