I believe this is a MAD on the obverse. Here is the cut off part of Liberty. I will upload the full coin photos in a little while. I welcome your feedback. :)

Your welcome. The fact that the devices are falling over the edge makes it a collectable. Can you post a clos-up of below Jefferson's shoulder? Not necessary if you know it's damage.

That's an off center strike I believe. Not a MAD.

Without seeing the reverse it could go either way but since the obverse is the hammer die and the one that most often gets out of alignment the odds are it is a MAD.

Given what Coop and Koinpro have said in the past even if it was equally off center on both the obverse and reverse which would normally be an off center and not a MAD unless the legends were completely gone it would still be called a MAD which I would disagree with but I am not an expert like they are.

What does the edge look like? It might be a partial collar and a MAD coin? The reverse looks strange like it is slightly bent.

The edge looks normal. Just a few dings on it.
