Both are MS 60 ensamples of each type.

The imitation (lower photos) initially appears to be of a lower
grade when compared with the original (upper photos), but this
is a false conclusion. The details of the imitation do not appear
as sharp and defined as seen on the original, but was this caused
by wear or was the original die not as expertly made?

On the imitation, the thumb and fingers of the right hand are clearly
evident. The Trident shaft crossing the left are is clearly delineated
from the same arm. These are but two places that are first to shew
evidence of circulation.

The less definitive details (such as the Breast feathers) can not be
explained as being caused by wear, but merely the inferior workmanship
of the original die.

Ergo, for the type, the imitation is MS grade.
