unsure how well struck the barrel typically is, opinions appreciated

Typically the letters IL in MILES and the HI in WHITE
are poorly struck. Concerning this, the obverse rates
an XF+ grade. However, one would expect the bands of
the barrel to be more definitive on an XF 45+ token.
Thus, I would grade this a XF 40.
