After over 105,000 nickels last night I finally flipped over a most beautiful VF 1955 Jefferson nickel...the last coin needed to complete my circulation set of Jefferson nickels. A couple of notes in reflection today over my lunch hour: Page 53 - 10/29/09 I posted my first post to the thread after searching my first box. Page 111 - 6/4 & 6/6/10 I posted my 1939 DDR and 1950-D leaving only the 1955 to complete my set. Page 130 - 11/18/10 after 5 months and 12 days of looking for my last coin needed...the 1955...it finally showed up to complete my set. I posted a reply in another large thread (cool roll finds, post yours), which has 163 pages of posts. Keep in mind it make take a long time to load, so be patient. Then use the search function of your browser to find your name. I broke down and picked up my last couple of Jeffersons (44D, 45S, and 57) on ebay or at the local coin shop last month. Went for a couple of nice BUs since, heck, if I'm not going to pull them from circulation, they might as well look great! Actually-- those weren't quite my LAST couple of Jeffs...
