I have had my longest silver skunk streak with nickels to date. One problem is that a lot of my boxes have been full 2011D boxes. I know I can sell them for a premium, which I have, but it doesn't help me find the nickels that I need for my books.
I am on an 8 box silver skunk streak. I have found a lot of early Jefferson nickels, but no silver. I found 2 1950D in one box. Neither were in very good condition.

Yeah, that is pretty unbelievable. most people never even find 1 1950d let alone 2 in one box.

maybe on the east coast since these coins were just minted this year and haven't had much time to travel. but over here in the west I find quite a bit in every box. and I've even had 2 whole boxes of them. they are starting to annoy me as much as the 1964's. they sure are competing with each other in my boxes.

Two 1950Ds in one box. I would need to be hospitalized if that happened to me and my son.

I need to get back into searching nickels, I've been searching pennies for their copper but it just isn't the same. I hear those bermudan fish nickels calling me back to finish my set from circulation.

If not for recent conversation about it I probably would have just put it with all my other Silvers not realizing. The 43P was an ender in the roll that had the 43D. First time I've seen 2 wars in one roll.
