Same box, 09s seem more frequent '42-'45 war Can; Japan; Honduras & a Bahama pineapple dateless & '37D buffs And a whole pile of mms to look at. Boxes are piled at my pick-up point, my manager buddy wants a box of donut holes per. Cheaper than $4.

Here's the mm on the '45. Somewhat suspect. Got some searching.

mine is right around 1 for every 50 rolls searched or $100...that is about the average here for most people on this forum...it all depends on where you live and if someone just unloaded a lot into circulation without knowing what they had....surprised 10 halves has not found one yet

I'm at a steady 1.5 or so. Last w/4 was a bonanza. This time 5 yrs. ago, you could pull 6. It's our own fault, people get wise when they start seeing crazy $$ for a roll. The varietys are ever a constant though, dont know why I gotta gettem all.

Nice finds everyone. Sam, I guess I find an average of 1 to 2 per box of $100. I haven't been keeping track of how many boxes, or rolls, I have sorted. Just a guess though. Maybe if I actually kept track of it and found out it was low, I would get a little discouraged. I guess ignorance on my part is bliss. I picked up 2 boxes today. Guess you know what I'm doing tonight. I'll post the results later.

Results from Box 1: A really nice 1935-S Buffalo. The pictures don't do it justice. These both got my heart racing until I turned them over and didn't find a mintmark. Other finds: 1 2009-D 22 pre-1960 On to box #2.

Ouch, out of 91 boxes I've only had 7 1950's. So to get 2 in one box would make my heart race as well. the 50d is the only one left I need. I kinda stopped searching during school though.
