I looked through $60 worth of MWR nickels last night with nothing to show for the effort . Oh well, $40 worth remain in this bag. I'll try and pick up a bag after work today so I have enough to keep me entertained through the weekend . Happy hunting all!

Went through the remainder of the nickel bag and found my best buffalo, which is still a dateless buffalo , I'll take it! Also found a shiny 2009P, but the coin rolling machine had scarred it for life on the obverse Oh well, I picked up another nickel bag today I'll start looking through it sometime in the next few days. HH all!

did most of 2 bags and a whole box - yielded 7 wars, 2 proofs, 38D, 40 (AU+), and a few rolls of pre-60.

First box in quite a while. A 42P silver, dateless buffalo & 2 1926 buffalo's. The 42 & 26 were hole filers.

I think proofs were 03 and 06. My dad needs one as a hole filler.
I don't usually take the time to take pics unless its really something special. My family time and work have severely eroded my coin collecting time. If I have 5 minutes to take and resize and upload pics, I would rather blow through some coins.

9 rolls of nickels. Found a 1943-S, a 1939 (steps too worn to look for varieties), and a handful of ones older than 1960 that I toss into rolls.

Just started into the nickels, but I got this on my second roll - Don't forget to look at the shiny ones folks, especially if they shine like that '57.

That's a nice 38! I think I have found more nice 38's than most other pre-60 dates. I wonder why that is...?
