2 Boxes of nickels: Box 1 - 09P, 2 pre-60 keepers, 1 can 5c Box 2 - 3 Buffs(20, 34, 36) 2 were in the same roll!, 1 war(42P), 2 pre-60 keepers, 1 Bermuda 5c
I'm done CRH'ing for a few months. Hopefully while I'm gone things will replenish themselves.

@Mr. Click- most annoying nickel for me is the 1964. after looking at enough nickels you can tell one from the reverse

My son found a 1942d while doing a few rolls on his own outside of our boxes.

Rackster,
No, just the "small d" type, but still fairly hard to find.

6/9 Results • 2000 nickels searched • 32 pre-1960 (38, 39, 39, 40S, 40S, 47D, 51, 51S) • 15 1960> (a few nice AU coins, 3 S mint, 2009D) • 3 Canadian • 3 possible varieties to vet • 2 Proof (1974S, 1979S) Jon - sorry I missed your response 42d is one of my last 8 to find. Seems like it shouldn't be so elusive, but it seems each of us is missing on one or two of the more common Jefferson's for whatever reason. Funny how that is. Oddly, 2 more Proof nickels this box. That makes 4 proofs this year. Given the mintage on those is significantly lower than the 42d, I found those in circulation. You just never know what the next roll will produce and the genesis for what we do for those of us bitten by the CRH bug!! A few of the interesting finds for this latest round - 1970D - 2 specimens the top left being the nicest (almost as nice a luster as the two Proofs adjacent to it) 1974S/1979S - circulated Proofs 1977 - Nice AU specimen with an even, dull appearance with sharp details 1951 - AU specimen with sharp details 1938 - one of the better 1938 nickels I've plucked from circulation 1941S - Nice condition coin 1951S - 3rd one in about as many weeks, an upgrade to either my second or third album
