This week's box was a good one. Had a dateless buffalo ender, a 44P silver, and a record 8 Canadians in the box. Also found a semi-tough date - 42D.

Hi all,
Had a good box this week. Ended up with 36 pre-60's Jefferson nickels, 3 Canadian Nickels (1986x2, 1993), and a 1998 Bahamas 5 cent piece. Found 6 Nickels from 1951 (3 Philly, 3 Denver), which is a harder year typically for us.

Had 8 S minted nickels, but the 3 below (1946S, 1948S, and 1949S were all from this box). Replaced all the CRH examples in my album with these. Also found the 1980S Proof in the box.

Wow, dadscoinhobby! Great finds in that box with the 1946S, 1948S, and 1949S nickels - they all look either high end AU or BU...

On Thursday, I bought exactly 4,000 nickels, or so I thought yesterday... It turned out I only bought 3,969 nickels.

My box I got from my bank had 5 dimes in it and THIRTY pennies, along with a roll being 1 coin short..

Conversely, my CWRs actually ended up containing an extra 5 nickels. The net effect of all of this was I ended up 75 cents short overall.

The finds were decent. The first CWR I opened had a 2009-P! There were 38 pre-60s including a 1943-P, a BU 1952-S, and two 1958 Ps including a BU. There were also proof 1972-S and 1976-S nickels and a healthy 6 2009 Ds.
