I believe this is Machine Doubling on the building and Die Deterioration on the letters, but wanted a second opinion. Under the stairs and to the left and right of that is one area. The dome area is the other. Thank you for your feedback. :)

Looks like MD. You can also see the die is in the LDS and the devices sides that face the rim, the Die Deterioration is really advancing fast. Note "ERICA" on AMERICA how the deterioration is affecting these devices. (sorry I just read your comment after I posted mine. we are in agreement)
