Got this one at my LCS with a 1960SD (P&D) and 1960LD (P&D) mini set for $5 bundled together.

I think he thought it wasn't authentic. It's been highly cleaned and it's very VERY soft. It has a hit on the reverse that almost bends the coin, so I'll assume it's legit. Value? I know these are highly counterfeited too. What do these usually weigh? I don't have a scale, but I can buy one fairly cheap.

Really? Highly? I haven't come across one and only one die type is listed on the no no site and it is fairly obvious.

The obverse of yours is pretty well gone, the reverse is oddly strong. What does it weigh?

Weight needed. My first gut feeling is genuine. These are very common post Colonials.
I've never seen a non genuine example.

Here is some info.

They aren't? Must have been thinking about the 1788 Mass. cent.

I own a counterfeit 1773 halfpenny that's probably why I said that. Come to think of it, it's marked copy.
