Very likely a minor doubled die, but be aware that these are exceedingly common. Very little premium value is associated with these 'doubled column' coins.

Thanks Charles, don't care about premiums, these are given away. What I can't seem to find is an example of wavey steps. Are they much scarcer?

From my own experience it seems that wavy steps are far more difficult to find, especially those that can be seen with minimal magnification help. Very minor wavy steps that require a keen eye and high magnification are common.

I'll break it down in numbers that are at least reasonably accurate with regard to my own experience viewing coins dated 2004-2007:

minor doubled columns : 1 in 20
major doubled columns or doubled statues : 1 in 500
minor wavy steps: 1 in 200
major wavy steps: 1 in 2,000
minor LIBERTY DDOs: 1 in 500
major LIBERTY DDOs: 1 IN 10,000
