The boat side seems to be indented, but the queen side seems to be straight and normal from what I can see and feel.

Looks like is could either be truck though a big dollop of grease, or perhaps a planchet flaw? do you know what the weight of it is?

Nice strike-through error! 10c errors simply don't get much love, so one can get some pretty cool 10c errors quite cheap.

Sorry , I do not have a scale.
SPP-Ottawa, I found this dime in my change last week, the only way that I could get it cheaper would be to find it on the ground.

..unless the ground you find it on belongs to me..lol

Nice find I agree its a strike through, if it was a planchet flaw the obverse probably would not have struck up as well as it did. IMO
