1965 25 Cent Business Strike

I got this today from my LCS, I thought it was a PL
quarter but looking at the rim, it is not square and the
reeding falls short of the edge, the obverse is frosty
with a few minor bag marks. Reverse is pretty nice
mirror with cameo like appearance. I was trying to get a
handle on the variety, I see a blunt 5, small bead,
Variety 2.

Comments welcome.

Unlike 1cent 5cent and dollar coins there are no varieties for this year in 25 cents.
It's not PL IMO, PL coins as a rule do not have bag marks.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
