From the seller's description: "Unsure of the authentication or grade of this penny, therefore purchase is at buyers risk. It was found when cleaning out my grandparents house."

Interestingly (or maybe not), if you flip the image of the obverse and rotate it 180 degrees, you can see shipping information that appears to show the name and address of a pawn shop:
