I'm pretty sure....well I feel pretty strong this a lamination of some sort. I watched someone's 33 minute YouTube video. Can I get a little background & vaule on these types of mishaps. Tanks!

Could be Franklin. Better pic's would help the group here be more definitive. Watch the glare and try to present the coin with the correct toning.

Rack city? Lol. Looks like the lam runs through the chin as well.

I agree with Chronoswiss - looks like the lam extends through the chin and perhaps in the adjacent field.

It is a lamination. Probably the one you saw in the video was this same one.
