I just found another beautiful coin but I need some second opinions on if this coin has been cleaned before. Can someone help me find out if it has been cleaned?

It most certainly has been cleaned via dipping. If you notice the white colored "halo" around the letters, numbers, and all the other design elements it's easy to see that this has been dipped. That white halo on a Morgan is a dead giveaway.

Yes, it has been cleaned - harshly polished in my opinion.
