Made a trade with a friend today for this. I believe this is a solid f12/15 coin. Looks all original.

Original looking, Obverse is a little better but overall F-12

It's rare to find quite so nice a cameo effect on a circulated Buffalo, but as CoinFrog said, since you have it in hand you have a better idea of the surfaces than pictures will show.

I'd certainly agree with the F-12 for grade.

Yea it'll probably get sent to NGC after the holidays with some Peace dollars and a high BU 47 walker
