I celebrate Christmas but I suppose some of my fellow CCF members celebrate another holiday this time of year. This is what makes this community great. So, whatever you celebrate, I would like to know and/or see what coin related gifts you received this year.

I know I am getting a new scale because I picked it out, my wife bought it and now it is wrapped and under the tree (this is part of what we do). I also suspect my wife went to the LCS and bought me some coins. This blows my mind because she knows very little about coins. Time will tell and so will I.

I hope Santa brings me that camera.

As far as my collection, only I buy.
My wife wouldn't know what to do.

Currently I'm in $1 FRN mode so I just bought a number of Series 1963 notes.
That will do for Xmas.
For my birthday (same day) it looks like it will be a bunch of Series 1963A and 1963B notes.

So far for Christmas I've got 2 100$ Mexican bi metallic coins. 4 silver American eagles, and I think I'm buying myself 40 silver dimes today.

Likewise. Santa (me) was pretty good to me this year... stacked some silver bullion and added U.S. Mint products and foreign notes. Apparently I've been a good boy this year.

I gifted myself with the entire Provident Zombucks series 1 oz. silver and copper proof set, per ebay.

(Still waiting for the final 'The Saint' of course).

Ok, I think my wife and my boys just blew my doors off. I truly don't deserve it but to just whet your whistle (pics to follow later) I also received a 1909-S Lincoln graded VF-25 and a 1894-O Morgan silver dollar. That's just the tip of the iceberg as my little cache includes what appears to be about another 15 coins. I can't believe they did this but I know I'm BLESSED for sure...

Pics will follow probably late tonight or tomorrow. I can't wait to hear what everyone else received this Christmas day...

So, my brother got me a CAPS album for my ASE set. Now I'm gonna need to get the 2012-date plus a bag of capsules I must say these albums are freakin HUGE but awesome!

Then good 'ole mom got me some reading material (and they can also substitute as a quick weapon if needed)

WOW! What a great day. I shocked my wife by giving her an iPad Air 2. The grand children were thrilled with their gifts and so was I.

I was really surprised by my gifts. I did get some very nice kitchen items, my daughter sewed an apron for me and made me some hot pads (she is super talented with the home crafted items). My younger son gave me a set of LWC's, 1943 through 1945. I did get my camera, a digital microscope really. Now I can post some pictures.

My best gift blew the top of my head off. I thought my wife had gone to the LCS and picked out some coins for me. This would have been absolutely fantastic! But, she went one step further......

I now have an all expense paid trip to the Denver mint!

Nothing coin related for me, which I completely expected. I actually tell everyone not to buy me anything. I did get some liquor, t-shirts, bacon ketchup, and my wife bought me an autographed copy of punk rock blitzkrieg my life as a Ramone by Marky Ramone.
