What thinketh thou? I bought it assuming it was an EF, and I got it for about half the going rate for an EF 1873. Seller's pictures.

XF 40. if those are scratches at 9 oclock its been cleaned.

EF40 details-cleaned possibly. I like the filled die reverse error clogged die on the "S" of trust.

I do not like those pictures, but I would think EF-40 based off of them.

I got the coin in hand. The coin is definitely EF-40 with no signs of cleaning. However, those scratches are from someone trying to scrape something off of the surface. I have already opened a return.
