I don't know why that isn't certified. I wouldn't trust this coin, to be honest.

It appears to be Feeder Finger Damage on the die.

If your talking about the lines under the building then yes it is Feeder Finger Damage.

Why? It's not that valuable and most error collectors would easily be able to determine that it is genuine. There are many reasons why a coin, especially a modern error coin is not certified.

This seller has sold many,many error coins over the last couple of years. For the most part, I trust this seller.

I would think that the devices would be falling off the edges if it was struck on a dime planchet. At least hugging the edges.
