I know this 1964 Jefferson is not struck on a copper planchet since I still see the nickel on the rim, but was this coin also buried or is it actually badly corroded or both? To me doesn't seen like it was buried, but I also never thought it could corrode this bad? Worst Jefferson I have ever seen!
