This was a last minute 2015 purchase. I do not have the coin in hand, sellers pics. I have a grade in my mind, but I rely on the wisdom here! Thanks as always for your opinions! and Happy almost 2016!! RK

A beauty, MS-65 but not full head. Looks like it has natural unmolested surfaces. Nice pick up RK!

MS65 seems reasonable to me. BTW, I like your background.

So Far so good Thanks for the opinions! My guess was MS64 or better and I agree with Indiangoldeagle as it not being full head. The eye appeal alone got me hooked and I am not a big Standing Liberty quarter collector. Luster seems unbroken and who knows, it may look better in hand. @Dave700x, not my background, it's the sellers pics. But he did a good job. I think this is worthy of sending out, what do you guys think?

Should be at least 65 (not FH of course). Super luster!

Looks possibly MS64, but wait til you have it in hand. Seller did a nice job lighting it up, and imo he doesn't think it's high grade, by the price. May or may not be worth sending out.....possibly to ANACS for minimal grading fees.

Saw this coin on ebay, passed on it. Hope you're happy with it.

Ed, you read my mind. The seller had about 25 Standing quarters up and no seller history but he did have feedback for buying. ( he now has about 75 quarters up and counting) none this nice IMO. I caught the listing while browsing and saw it was the nicest of everything he had listed and it had a BIN for $150 with no best offer like some of the other quarters had. The listing was only a few hours old and I pulled the trigger. My guess was at least safely a MS64. I think it was worth the risk. I will know in a week when it's in hand. @Cartwheelcollector, what did you see that made you pass on it?

It wasn't necessarily what I saw on this coin that made me pass, but what I saw on all the stuff he was listing that made me pass. I am not in a position to take a gamble like that right now, unfortunately, or I may have bought it.

MS64 at the lowest, not FH as noted, but even has die crack on the reverse. I love it.

And now that the seller has posted all his raw material, he's posting PCGS graded stuff. I have even more confidence this coin has an issue now.
