Dipper Valued Member 146 Posts	Posted 01/02/2016 5:58 pm IMO, NCS can make it appear better but possibly not worth the fee because the surface looks eaten away under the black spots. From your photo, the mark in the right field looks like it's recessed (lamination or planchet flaw). If raised, probably will come off w/acetone along with the patch on the tail.
