westcoin Pillar of the Community United States 9792 Posts	Posted 01/02/2016 11:48 pm Those older ANACS slabs were generally graded pretty conservatively, they often go up a point or two when cracked and submitted to PCGS or NGC, if the coin still has the luster, not all of them of course, but overall my experience says that is true.
