I was looking through coins in the link provided by Petrus and found one very similar (eagle/cross with 4 fleur-de-lis) somewhat similar legend, but not it. http://herbison.com/someoldcoins.or...r/1/1768.htm

OK. I found it. I followed the East Frisia idea. Enno II circa 1530 1/2 witte - NGC page. The legend most likely checks out.
