Keep in mind that the devices nearest to the rim start showing die wear fastest. Note on your coin, some of the tops of the devices that you are looking at is showing uneven area altered from the die wear. If this were hub doubling, then it would be strong and in the shape of the hub this isn't. Then the devices on the lower parts starts to show wear towards the rim. (TRUST) That is also die wear. So you have a die probably in the LDS die state that struck your coin.
