Joined the group this morning. Collect English Coins 1066 + and am at present into acquiring various versions of George 3 Countermarked Pillar dollar coins. I am particularly interested in Birmingham forgeries as expounded upon by Swamperbob. He says they are common and I narrowly missed out on one on e-bay yesterday. If anyone out there can direct me in the right direction for a purchase I would be appreciative. Cheers and Happy New Year to all. JJS
