It's almost impossible to keep up with all of the coins being release lately.
Just to correct what I said, the e-mail from my rep regarding the FV orders for 2016 was dated Dec 9th and the subject was "2016 Face Value Standing Order Program". Hope that helps.

I got the same email that CC-Ottawa received. I believe all MC members got it.
It was a standing order for the $20 for $20, $25 for $25, $50 for $50, $100 for $100, $200 for $200 coins.
It was not a standing order for special commemorative coins like this Women Right to Vote, or the Poppy, or the flag coin or similar circulation coins.

My rep also sent an e-mail a couple of days ago confirming the packs of the Women's Right to Vote coins ordered via the FV standing order program. Your mileage may vary.

I got the same email as CC-Ottawa from my rep too, maybe we both have the same rep? I didn't even remember I ordered 3 sets from my rep until he sent an email to remind me. @Lostwords: Packaging Error? You mean this? Still can't believe people are paying extra for this kind of "error".

I cant believe people pay extra for a packaging error like that also.....especially since you can just flip them inside the package....well you can with the 25 cent at least....I tired it once

Well I went to the exchange today and picked up 5 loonies and got a card for each one. I really like this coin... I don't know why but I'm more impressed with the strike on these than the lucky loonies.

There is a coin exchange in Vancouver at the Mint Boutique on Granville Street this weekend. Last day is Sunday.

After reading the macleans article. http://www.macleans.ca/news/canada/...table-truth/I not only find it a celebration of women's rights albeit a small one I think the coin is a celebration of men's stupidity and arrogance. The fact it was not until the 60'S that first nations people were aloud to vote is embarrassing.

falcon: While I'm not aboriginal myself I find it ironic how we call ourselves a 1st world nation yet there's a general population of people in our country who are left to live in complete poverty.
Yes our country is very progressive. Yes our country supports a lot of humanitarian efforts abroad. Yes I'm very proud to live in this GREAT country. But there's still a lot of room for improvement. Unfortunately it's an issue most aren't aware of or care to talk about.
