Washington's chin shows to the left of the bridge column/pillar near the trees. I do not have an overlay, but when I flip the coin it seems to line up (very scientific). The shape and size of the chin is correct though. I welcome your feedback.

Looks kind of like a die chip. Is it raised?

Yes, it appears to be raised.

Don't have one to compare to, will have to dig one up.

Think if the dies clashed, that would leave a divot or marks impressed on the opposite die, which would make a raised impression on the following struck coin(s).

Could be wrong. Thanks, Doug.

Not disagreeing with anyone but my thinking was a clash of the chin area would be incuse. This area on the obverse die is incuse which would srike releif on the reverse die during the clash. Then when a planchet is introduced the clashed chin area would strike incuse. Just my train of thought?

Also, I don't have an overlay but this area looks a little out of place to be the chin. I think it would be more north and a little west if it were a straight on clash. Again, just my thinking.

I am still voting for die chip

lawest, I agree the chin is out of the clash question. I've looked into an overlay with no success yet because of issues with two different photo formats from the US mint that I'm trying to work with.

Probably mess this up, but need to take in account the coin will be rotated then flipped horizontally to mimic the clash in question. Thanks, Doug.

PS: Just rereading my own comment confuses the heck of myself! Thanks, Doug.

My first overlay using images from the US Mint.

Had to tweak a bit and rotated slightly CCW. Thanks, Doug.

PS: without some other evidence I'm not 100% certain it is clash. Thanks, Doug.
