These are so tough to grade due to weakness in strike. My first thought was AU50. Stars are strong as is the hair on the forehead and the drape around the bustline. On the reverse the talons have nice detail as well the right wing. Some decent luster still remains

kind of difficult due to the strike weakness.

I'll go with AU-53

Typical striking weakness... AU details, cleaned? not seeing ANY luster. Still a really nice coin though! Cool die cracks, wonder what variety it is...
