I use a OPTEX DIGIMAG200 , personally I think it's great.
200X - 1600X images are all very clear and easy to use.
I live In Canada , paid $100.00 but I googled it and found where you can buy this in the U.S. for $72.18 (free shipping )if you are interested in looking at one.

I put a 40mm Micro lens on my Nikon. Retail on it was pretty high but found a great used one for less than $100.
