VG obv g reverse. G6. Probably around $100 ish.

If the reverse wasn't worn into the rim, I'd have it at a VG-08, but it's a G-06 in my book.

I'd say G6 and I agree with the above that the rev is closer to G (although you can see most of the motto) and the obverse is VG. I'm not a fan of the color, so that would take down the value for me personally, but it is a hard year/mint to get. A clearer photo would help. ? $70-$90 range
