EF-45 for detail I think. The gouge in the upper left obverse field and reverse rim ding at 6:00 don't look too severe. Liberty's left shoulder is oddly flattened; if this is PMD it should be enough to generate a Details grade.

Color is another possible problem. It could be natural but more likely the result of retoning after being dipped.

IMO, another collector coin with less-than-even odds for a straight grade at NGC.
