I'm hoping to pick the brain of those more familiar with Canadian doubled dies and varieties. While going through a few hundred '51 nickels I noticed there were some 28/337 that had the exact same effect on the KG. The letters are wider and the dot spreads toward the rim too and each one looks exactly the same. It reminded me of US doubled die wheat cents with the thickening of the legend (and dots) on their reverse (class 6). Could this be something similar? Or, if it's something else, what is it?

Here are two of the coins and a normal one to compare, so you know what I'm talking about.
