Your pics are okay but still lack sharp resolution needed for accurate grading. You have a Type 3, Large Head with a slanted 5 that appears genuine. My guess is this coin is low Mint State or a slider AU+ at worst. There are some indications that mint frost is present which means MS to me. The strike is weak which is not atypical in this series. It could go as high as MS63 and authentication is advisable.
Sorry about the rotated pics, I will fix that for next time. That's what I was thinking, high AU for grade. It is one of those slider coins, I think if it had a bit more luster it would go UNC
