Have you tried coinproject.com? Their advanced search function is quirky, but you might want to try it...try "Roman Imperial" for the "Type" field; "bronze" for the "Metal"; "soli invicto comiti" for the "Reverse Legend" field; and "arl" for the "mintmarks."

I would suggest posting a picture as "ARL" by itself for this type isn't a known mint mark. I would hazard a guess and say maybe a digit in the mint mark is off flan. Or, possibly a die clog or the metal has morphed.
In any event, seeing the bust type, legend break, reverse devices, etc will help in narrowing down the possibilities

Looks like Arles RIC VII 44 with "QARL" as the mint mark, rated R5 for rarity

I read the mint mark as QARL also. I'm a little different than Biancasdad though. I think it's RIC VII Arles 40.

RIC 40 body AND head of Sol face left RIC 44 body of Sol faces right head faces left For me clearly RIC 44.

I agree with Biancasdad, RIC VII 44 officina Q at Arelate (Arles). But let's not get carried away with the R5, since that rating was only for the coins used in compiling the catalog, mainly from museum collections. People in the trade like to hype their coins with that, but the rarity correlation to material in the marketplace is uncertain, particularly since the period of the "Balkan explosion" (flood of newly excavated material from the Balkan region) which was later than the catalog. Let's just say that at the time of compilation of RIC VII this issue is less frequently seen from officina Q than from the other workshops.
