Lucky Cuss Pillar of the Community United States 4883 Posts	Posted 01/21/2016 5:06 pm As these are .950 fine copper, it's not too surprising that a specimen would no longer exhibit full mint luster, but that in itself won't necessarily preclude an MS grade.
