Well I went ahead and did it... came out to be 19 ounces worth of silver in these world coins and cost $264. Worst case scenario I get my money back from selling them slightly above spot price. Will work on getting pictures up this evening. About 12 of those 19 ounces was Canadian coins. Got what looks to be a BU roll of silver dimes that look very nice! Can't wait to show everyone!

Nice pickup! You got some coins I'm missing, like the Japanese 100 Yen, Danish 2 Krone and the Hong Kong stuff. As for the Swedish stuff, I can assure you, that's junk here too Lastly, if your Egyptian coin looks like this (matches the KM#) then it's 83.3% silver. Also a nice pickup.

X2an, yup that is the coin! I forgot they threw that in with the 80%. Helps make up for the fact two smaller than dime sized coins in the lot were actually copper-nickel instead of silver. Gonna have to take those ones back but I am not worried they must have just missed those little ones.

I'll be honest, my coin dealer sometimes mixes silver with non-silver. I have a good eye for silver and I commonly snag them from his junk coin bin. I have however accidentally picked up non-silver coins from the junk silver stock. I just roll with it, I'll probably make up for it from the silver snags, quite honestly I think it's just karma What were these copper-nickel coins, just for the sake of it?

One was a Sweden 10 Ore just a year or two after it was changed from silver and the other... I think an Egyptian coin don't remember what denomination I think 1 or 2 Piastres? Either way I may have only paid over like $2 (and maybe less than that since the book value of the 10 Ore was about the same as silver coins that size due to the year possibly).

Ah, they have a different look to them, best way of separating them. I don't know about the prices of these coins in the States, but I assure you, I've had enough of the copper-nickel version. I've got maybe 1-2 kg of them lying around at home, with nowhere for them to go. Circulation quality. The silver coin isn't worth much either, but much more interesting and liquid than the copper-nickel issues.
