2 out of 3!! Could this still be worth good money, since 99.5% of all others aren't doubled die? Round raised numbers, letters and mintmark with clear seperation.Just no doubling on, in god we trust.

Unfortunately this is Machine Doubling. A doubled die would not effect the mintmark either since those were hand punched until 1990. MD is common on 1969's.

If it were a 1969-S DDO then it would be a real collectable. But yours is one of the many that were machine damaged during the strike. On the real DDO the second set of devices are raised on not just the date, but on most of the obverse devices. Here is what it should look like:

A lot of the 1968-1972 cents suffered this type of machine damage. It always reduces the size of the devices, leaves them flat looking, like a step down. But this type of machine damage can occur on a DDO:

Note the flat doubling on the lower image. So your coin came from a normal die. Not the hub doubled die we all wish we could find.

The date is raised and so is the mintmark with clear seperation and thickness, also noted in Liberty.Granted,it is not a splitting image of the famous one,but clearly raised letters and numbers unlike the chelf doubling of other 69's.Thanks for prompt responses.

You can tell it is MD because it effects the mint mark and the devices. The mint mark is put in the die after the die is made, which means that the doubled die would not effect the mint mark like it does in this situation.

Machine damaged as noted by our fellow enthusiasts. Keeping looking though. As you do you will see plenty of MD so spotting it will become natural. Good luck!

If he will not listen to people who have done this for a long time, then there is no reason to try and convince him any further. He is waiting for someone to agree with him.
