I think it's been cleaned and has retoned, but... if the photos are a little darker than it is in hand probably market acceptable.

Solid EF-40 detail. Color is "questionable" and NGC may well give it a Details grade on that account.

I think 40-45 isn't out of the question but looks like the reverse has horizontal hairlines at HALF DOL so might get details grade

At least EF-40, and with that reverse, it might well make 45.
