I just bought this coin at auction and it sure looks like it's the rare NF2 obverse. I'm no good at discerning the minute differences in the hair styles from the obverse 2 and 3. However, there's definitely no dots before and after 'Newfoundland' which leads me to believe I might have the good one. Any help in confirming this would be appreciated. Thanks. Also please excuse the poor quality of the images. These pics are from the auction.

No no...i wanted this coin to publish in my book...but I did not win the original auction and didnt' chase it the 2nd time around when it was double/triple the price...
This is a rare and very very underrated coin. From a "pop" count it's in the same categories as the 1873, 1873h, and 1885. The prices really need to be adjusted on this one.
