Ran into this at an LCS. I think that the goofy stuff on the hand is a die issue, not PMD. Told the owner and he gave a discount. Under 20x binocular the relief of the bumps is higher than the relief on a normal 1E hand. Auction photos are similar. Would anyone else please offer an opinion?
