To all
I had to share this one with you guys.

I bought a bag of nickels from my bank to look for some silver nicks.

Well I thought I got a washer like I get sometimes.
Just before I was about to throw it away I saw the edge.

On the inside is has the 925 markings of Silver.
Not exactly the silver I was looking for but I will take it.

Good luck everyone.

That is perhaps the strangest find I've ever seen. This blows my bad luck of constantly having my rolls half filled with Canadian Cents out of the water.

Bring it to a jewelry store and have it tested for diamonds. Never know.

Amazing, crazy find. Wonder how that made it's way past the filters and stuff.

Yup. You never know what you are going to find.

During my time on another forum (yes, there is such thing), someone found an AU 1828 Half Cent in a Coinstar. Talk about out of place.

Impressive. I know one of our members (I don't remember who) found an 1868 cupronickel 3 cent piece at a Coinstar.

Wow that is simply amazing! I agree maybe take it into a jewelry story to see what kind of stones they are. Pretty crazy how that made it through the machine and I wonder about how somebody misplaced it that badly. Very interesting nice find!
