Tough call with the low lighting angle so I'll be conservative with MS63.

I'll change to a MS-64 on it for some scattered marks, but it has the luster of a higher grade

Beautiful reverse, but obverse holds it back. I'll say 63, shot 64 with that luster.

Thanks everyone. I think it's worth an NGC gamble. I'd be happy with 64 and thrilled with 65 since I bought it for $28.
